H-1B Training

We provide H-1B Training, Information and Templates covering the following:

H-1B Training accomplishes three major goals:

1. Provides you with tools and methods to reduce the span of days in preparation time to gather and disseminate information between the necessary immigration players -- employee, prospective supervisor, filing at CIS – so you can get your foreign national on board quicker Ideally, the information exchange on the front end should be about five days

2. Reduces the amount of working hours by your in-house H-1B preparer to prepare and file an H-1B Ideally, an H-1B can be prepared by a company representative in under 6 hours; normal untrained completion time is around 20+ hours

3. Gives you enough information to be on alert for any “fatal” mistakes. “Fatal” means DOL fines, loss of employee, being sued by the employee under H-1B regulations and not pre-strategizing for potential green card processing.
